The Fun House

This story was hard to follow because it never kept me interested and never seemed to stay on track. I found myself re-reading a lot because I kept feeling like I was losing my place or getting lost in the story. The way it seems is that he is talking about the past and rambling on about everything that comes to his mind. I never quite got a grasp of what the message in this story really was. It could possibly be the fact that I read Sonny's Blues right before this one and I was so fixed on that kind of story. I could have expected this one to be like that one.

I had the same problem with the that poem too. I mean it is talking about hundred stuff at the same time.
I thought it was about spending holidays with the family but when I read deeply I found some other weird stuff that I couldn't follow.
